The BioFilter-7000 non powered maintenance free purification tank features two innovative designs: "nano mesh fiber porous packing" and "unique aerodynamics". While ensuring stable and compliant effluent quality, the treatment process does not require electricity and can be used immediately without the need for professional debugging and maintenance. It truly achieves the "home style" minimalist operation of sewage treatment equipment.
Product Introduction
The design of the non powered maintenance free purification tank is based on the biofilm method. The raw water first enters the septic tank to separate and decompose suspended solids, oil, and organic solids, and then the sewage enters the purification tank. The purification tank utilizes two major technological innovations: "nano mesh fiber porous packing that integrates various biomass" and "unique aerodynamic design". Without the need for electricity, the tank can simultaneously have two-stage aerobic treatment and three-stage filtration treatment functions, alternately undergoing multi-stage anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic (A2O) reactions. The purified wastewater meets the discharge standards.
